Refund & Cancellation Policy

We get that plans change but to keep things fair for everyone, here’s how our booking and refund rules work:
Booking Appointments
• Book your visit by phone, WhatsApp, or through our website.
• For treatments like hair transplants or laser sessions, we may ask you to book a few days ahead so we can prepare properly.
Cancelling or Rescheduling
You can cancel or move your appointment—just let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
If you cancel late (less than 24 hours), we’ll try to reschedule you—but it may take longer, depending on availability.
Refunds (If You Paid in Advance)
• Consultation fees are not refundable once your doctor has seen you.
• Treatment payments can only be refunded if we haven’t started the procedure.
• Once a treatment begins or if we’ve already opened medical supplies we can’t refund the cost. (These items can’t be reused for safety reasons.)
Treatment Packages
• Prepaid packages (like 3 laser sessions) are only for you; they can’t be transferred to someone else.
• If you can’t finish your package, we may refund unused sessions but only if there’s a strong medical reason, and our doctor approves it.
No-Shows
If you don’t show up and don’t tell us in advance, we may charge a small rebooking fee the next time you book.
(This helps us keep slots open for patients who truly need them.)
