2. Appointments

• Book online, by phone, or on WhatsApp. • Your slot is only confirmed when we reply. • Please arrive 10 minutes early. This helps us serve you better. • Need to cancel or reschedule? Just tell us 24 hours ahead. This lets us help someone else waiting.

3. Payments & Refunds 

• Pay in full or in part when you book (we’ll let you know). • We accept cash, card, and online transfers. • No refunds after treatments start—unless there’s a serious medical reason, and our doctors approve it.

4. Your Part as a Client

To get the best care, please:

• Be honest about your health and past treatments. • Follow all care tips before and after your visit. • Be kind to our team and other patients. • Keep private things you see or hear in the clinic confidential.

5. What We Can’t Promise

We care deeply. We can’t be held responsible for:

• Choices you make based only on our website • Extra costs like travel or missed work

That said, your legal rights under Pakistani law always come first.
